At your discretion, by purchasing any of our rabbits here at Fluffy Bunny’s Rabbitry, you agree to comply with all the terms of our Sales Policy below. No exceptions.*
We really care about our bunnies. We want them to be happy in their new homes and we want you to be happy with your new pet. Please educate yourself and understand the needs of the animal before purchasing them.
1. We sell to pet-homes only-We want our bunnies to go where they will be loved as a companion and to be a part of the family! We do not sell our bunnies to be used for breedings, competing in shows, tables, judges or for them to do tricks.
2. Deposits & Payments-To hold a bunny, we require a deposit via Venmo or CashApp. Deposits are first come first serve. Remaining balance is due at pickup.
The deposit signifies the intent on the part of the buyer to follow through with the purchase of a particular bunny. Therefore, the deposit for a bunny is non-refundable under any circumstances and may not be transferred or used towards another bunny.
Please be prepared and on time to pick up the bunny on the agreed upon date. We respect everybody’s time and hope you can respect our time as well. If there is an emergency and you wish to reschedule, you must inform us 48 hours or more before the agreed upon pickup date.
If you would like to reschedule and pickup your bunny after the agreed upon date, remaining balance plus $10/day boarding fee will be incurred and due up front in order for you to reschedule and not lose your reservation.
3. Local Pickup/Delivery. Our rabbitry is closed to the public for my family and my bunnies’ safety. We meet our customers at a safe public location in Orlando, FL 32819 (address and pickup instruction will be provided once deposit is received) OR we can deliver if you are within 30 miles for a standard fee of $89.
Please note that pickup/delivery dates will always be on Sundays. Please make sure that you are available on that scheduled Sunday to pickup your bunny.
Please arrange your own transport if you are outside the state of Florida. You can fly to MCO and fly back with the bunny. Please double check with the airline for reservation/requirements.

5. Returns- Please think about the responsibility of owning a pet before you buy. To eliminate risk of outside diseases exposure, once a bunny leaves our home, we will not be able to take them back for any reasons. After the rabbit leaves our care, we are not to be held responsible for any injury, illness, or death of the rabbit. We are not responsible for how the new owner chooses to care for the rabbit, or any mistakes the buyer makes in the care, handling, and health of the rabbit. Any potential veterinary fees incurred at any point during the life of the rabbit including spaying/neutering fees, health checkups, vaccines, medical treatments, deworming, nails trimming, grooming, etc are solely the responsibility of the owner.
Please do your research on the Netherland Dwarfs breed & be prepared and have the hutch/playpen/housing setup, hay, food pellets, water bottle, and chew toys ready for them.
We do not guarantee show ability, fertility of rabbit, temperament, size, weight, gender, fur type, and coat color as they get older.
We won't sell to anybody who's under the age of 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult who will be committed to the rabbit's care and well-being. As a parent or guardian of child, you are fully responsible for the care and well-being of the rabbit. As well as the supervision of the bunny with your pets, children among others.
